About

Hi, I’m Maya—a digital product designer with a love for analog practices, working at IBM Design Studios.

I got my BFA from Parsons School of Design, New York. Before IBM, I interned at The United Nations, Grey Global and start-ups in New York City. I am passionate about the end-to-end design process from deeply understanding user needs to using a design system to create visually compelling screens with custom illustrations and animations. Below are some of my interests outside work that shape the way I approach design problems. I enjoy getting inspired by and using analog methods of crafting— printed media, art, or tangible interactions and translating those into my digital design process.
